No. You are never physically locked in and may exit at any time.
Our experiences focus on immersion and storytelling. Some themes may feel intense, but there are no extreme jump scares or physical contact.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking to allow time for check-in and briefing.
Call us as soon as possible. We can typically hold your booking for up to 15 minutes. After that, your game time may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.
Yes, with adult supervision. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Not at all! First-time players are always welcome. We provide hints to keep the adventure moving.
Never. All bookings are private. Your group is the only group in the room.
Nothing! Everything you need is provided. Just bring your team and a willingness to have fun.
Phones should not be used during gameplay. Everything you need for the experience is built into it.
Yes! We can accommodate larger groups. Note: there is no dedicated party space on-site, but there are two restaurants within a 2-minute walk that would love to help with the festivities.
